This report gives you a full picture of your business’s revenue — combining completed transactions with those still being processed (like ACH or direct debits). Instead of checking two separate reports, this view brings everything together so you can track exactly what’s been paid, what’s pending, and how revenue is flowing.

Prerequisites
Before you begin:
- Know the difference between paid vs in-processing transactions
- Understand that ACH / direct debit payments may take 3–5 business days to complete
- Have access to the Reports section in your dashboard
Step-by-step instructions
Step 1: Open the report
- Go to Reports > Financial
- Select Net Revenue + In-Processing Transactions
Tip: This report combines the regular Net Revenue Report with the In Processing Transactions Report data — no need to check both separately.
Step 2: Understand what “in-processing” means
- In-processing transactions are payments that haven’t yet cleared
- This usually applies to ACH or direct debit payments
- These may take 3–5 business days to show as paid or failed
You’ll see these transactions clearly marked as in process in the report.
Step 3: Customise the report
- Click Edit report settings to:
- Add custom fields
- Adjust visible columns
- Filter by payment status, method, or refunds
- Select your date range
- Click on Download report icon to export to CSV if you want to share or analyse it further
Expected outcome
You’ll have a clear view of all revenue — both completed and in-progress — and can filter by payment type, status, or date to dig into the details that matter most.
