Send a copy of a signed contract to a client

Overview

Sometimes a client might ask for a copy of their signed agreement — even though they can usually access it through the app or web profile. This guide shows you how to quickly download and send the signed contract directly from their profile.

Prerequisites

Before you begin:

  • Make sure the client has a signed agreement or policy linked to a package or membership
  • Know the client's name or email so you can find their profile
  • Ensure email triggers are enabled in your system (if you want agreements to send automatically)

Step-by-step instructions


Step 1: Find the client

  1. Go to the Clients section
  2. Search for the client using their name or email
  3. Click into the client’s profile


Step 2: Access the signed contract

  1. Scroll down to the Agreements and Policies section
  2. Find the relevant signed agreement (e.g. package policy or waiver)
  3. Click to download the file

 

 

 


Step 3: Send the file to the client

You have two options:

Option 1: Send via email manually

  • Attach the downloaded contract to a standard email from your preferred inbox

Option 2: Send a message in-platform

  1. Click the message icon in the navigation bar
  2. Search for and select the client’s name
  3. Click ‘Configure Message’
  4. Enter Subject
  5. Paste in a short message and attach or refer to the agreement

Tip: Clients normally receive a copy of the agreement automatically via email, as long as email triggers are set up. You can double-check this under Trigger Emails.

 

 


Expected outcome

Your client will receive a fresh copy of their signed agreement — whether it’s emailed manually or sent via the platform.

Q: Do clients receive contracts automatically?

A: Yes, if your email triggers are set up correctly. Otherwise, you can resend it manually.

Q: Can clients find contracts themselves?

A: Yes — agreements are visible in their profile when logged in via app or web.

Q: Can I resend all agreements at once?

A: No — contracts must be downloaded and sent individually.
