Overview
This guide walks you through installing the Topaz SigWeb software and enabling it within Hapana Core. Setting up a signature pad correctly allows staff and clients to sign digital agreements quickly and securely during interactions.
Prerequisites
- Windows device with Microsoft .NET Framework 4.7.1 or later installed
- Admin access to your Hapana Core account
- A compatible Topaz signature pad
Step 1: Install the Topaz SigWeb Software
- Download the SigWeb installer from www.topazsystems.com/software/sigweb.exe
Tip: Tip: Do not plug in the signature pad yet.
- Close all open browsers before proceeding (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, etc.)
- Run the installer
- Right-click the downloaded
.exe
file - Select Run as Administrator to begin installation
- Right-click the downloaded
Tip: Admin permissions are required for full installation success.
- Test your installation
- Visit the Topaz SigWeb Demo
- Click Sign, then sign on your device
- You should see your signature appear in the signature box

Step 2: Enable Topaz in Hapana Core
- Log in to your Core account at core.hapana.com/login
- Go to Account Settings
- Click the Integrations tab
- Scroll to the bottom until you see Signature Pads and Devices
- Toggle ON the switch next to Topaz
Expected Outcome
Your Topaz signature pad is now installed, tested, and integrated with Hapana Core. You’re ready to capture electronic signatures during client check-ins or agreement flows.

Q: What should I do if my signature doesn't appear in the demo box?
A: Ensure SigWeb is installed properly and that your browser is supported. Try running the installer again as Administrator and verify the device is connected.
Q: Can I use this on macOS?
A: No, Topaz SigWeb is only supported on Windows. You'll need a Windows-based system to use this integration.
Q: Do I need to install anything on each computer?
