Custom Properties | Addition of Sub Text

This feature was developed to enhance Custom Properties found in Core.

What's New?

  • Custom Property Subtext: A new option allows for adding subtext or hyperlinks (up to 256 characters) to custom properties, providing clients with specific terms and conditions relevant to AIA memberships.

  • User Experience Enhancement: The subtext will appear during the sign-up process, ensuring users acknowledge the required policy terms and conditions.

Who Benefits?

  • Business Users: Can configure custom properties with additional context such as why they would be asking about existing injuries - eg. "We can suggest exercises that avoid aggravating injuries and ensure a safe workout experience"

  • Front Desk Staff: Able to guide clients during sign-up, ensuring all important information is captured at the time of completing agreements and profile creations.

  • The Member: This feature was originally requested to allow members to claim health insurance benefits for the studio use. Health insurance companies such as AIA Vitality provide rebates for gym memberships and having a prompt that encourages a member to add in their AIA Membership number allows both the business and member to claim the relevant benefits.

When Will You Use It?

This feature is primarily needed during the initial setup of client profiles and whenever terms and conditions are updated.
