Categorization of credits can now be found within a Client's Package area.
- Login into your Core account via core.hapana.com
- Navigate to 'Clients' in the top menu bar
- Search for the desired client via the search bar and click on the client name to open their profile page.
- Select the Payment (card icon).
You will now see a more detailed breakdown into the status of a clients' session credits. The current system shows a progress bar indicating the number of used credits out of the total purchased credits, without differentiating between future and past bookings. Now a more granular view can be seen with credits categorized by "Available," "Booked," and "Used" statuses.
- Available: Indicates how many credits are available and have not been used for any past or future booking.
- Booked: Indicates how many credits have been used to make a booking, where the booking is in the future.
- Used: Indicates how many credits have been used to make a booking where the booking is in the past, with statuses such as attended, no show, or late cancel. This also includes credits used for General Check-ins.
These additions will provide a clearer understanding of clients' credit utilization and enhance the user experience by offering precise tracking of session credits.
