What does 'pending' mean in a client's profile?

The pending membership status means that the membership is pending agreement acceptance & payment approval, at the client's end. The client will need to log into their account, either via the branded app or desktop,  and accept the agreement/approve the payment. Once done the membership will become active and the client will be able to start utilising the membership/package.
