Scenario: You are having trouble adding a BSB and account number to Client’s profile in Core.. The customer account number is 6 digits and Hapana is not accepting it. The error code is - value specified is invalid.
Resolution:

Check that the client has contacted their Bank and confirmed that the BSB and Account Number are correct.

Liaise with the payment gateway to confirm that the new details have successfully updated in their system

Re-attempt adding the Account number and BSB to the Hapana Core platform.
