Overview
Sometimes you need to run multiple classes in the same space, back-to-back or even at the same time. This guide walks you through how to enable overlapping sessions for a specific room in your facility using Hapana Core.
Prerequisites
- You must have access to your Hapana Core Account.
- You need permission to edit location and room settings.
Step 1: Log in to Your Hapana Core Account
- Go to core.hapana.com/login.
- Enter your credentials and click Login.
Tip: Bookmark the login page for quicker access.
Step 2: Access Your Business Settings
- In the top-right corner, click your Business Name.
Step 3: Edit Your Profile
- From the dropdown menu, click Edit Profile.
Step 4: Select Your Business Location
- From the left-hand side menu, click Location.
Tip: You’ll see your business details like website links and hours on the right.
Step 5: Edit the Desired Location
- Click the pencil icon next to the location you want to update.
Step 6: Choose the Room to Edit
- Under Location Rooms, click the room title (e.g., Room A) where you want to enable overlapping sessions.
Step 7: Allow Overlapping Bookings
- Scroll down until you see Allow overlapping session booking in this room.
- Toggle the setting to on.
Tip: This setting lets two or more sessions occur at the same time in that specific room, which is useful for flexible programming or open formats.
Step 8: Save Your Changes
- Click Add to save and apply the updated room settings.
Expected Outcome
The selected room will now allow overlapping sessions to be scheduled, giving you more flexibility in managing your class programming.
