Overview
This article covers how to edit a client's credit allocation for a specific date period within your Hapana Core platform. This process is essential when a client needs adjustments to their package credits — for example, if they upgrade, downgrade, or require a manual correction.
Making sure the right amount of credits are assigned ensures smooth session bookings and accurate client billing.
Prerequisites
- Access to your Hapana Core account.
- Admin or staff-level permissions to manage client profiles and payment details.
- The client must have an active membership or package associated with session credits.
1. Log in to Your Core Hapana Account
- Visit core.hapana.com/login and enter your credentials.
2. Click Clients
- From the top navigation bar, click Clients to access your client list.
3. Search for the Client
- Use the search bar to find the client by Name, Email Address, or Phone Number.
4. Click the Client's Name
- Select the correct client by clicking on their name. This will open their profile.
5. Select the Payment Tab
- In the client profile, click the Payment tab to view billing and credit information.
Tip: The Payment tab is marked by a small credit card icon for easy identification!
6. Click View History on the Membership/Package
- Locate the membership/package where you want to edit the credits.
- Click View History under the relevant package.
7. Click Update Credits Next to the Relevant Billing Period
- Locate the period where you want to adjust the credits.
- Click the Update Credits button associated with that specific row.
8. Update Credit Information
- In the pop-up window, select Add Credits or adjust the number of credits as needed.
- Enter the new credit number in the field provided.
9. Click Save to Apply Changes
- After adjusting the credits, click Save to finalize and apply the changes.
Tip: Always double-check the billing period before updating credits to avoid accidental changes!
Expected Outcome
The client's credit allocation will be successfully updated for the specific date period selected. Their available credits will reflect accurately for future bookings.
