Overview
Need to send a client a complete overview of their account payments? In Core, you can easily generate and download full client account statements using the Net Revenue Detail report. This helps with client billing transparency and simplifies financial record-keeping.
Prerequisites
- Admin or staff access to Hapana Core
- Client’s payments recorded in the system
Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Log in to Core
Go to core.hapana.com and sign in with your credentials.
Step 2: Navigate to Reports
Click the Reports tab.
Step 3: Select Financial and Open Net Revenue Detail
In the left-hand menu, select Financial, then click on Net Revenue Detail.
Step 4: Filter for the Client and Date Range
- Set the date range using the calendar icons.
- Click the Apply Date Filter button.
- Use the + icon to search for the client.
- Confirm your selection by clicking the tick icon.
Tip: Narrowing the date range speeds up report loading and keeps statements concise.
Step 5: Download the Statement
Once the report loads, click the downward arrow icon on the top corner of the page to download the statement. You can then email it to the client or print it from your device.
Expected Outcome
You’ll have a full client account statement ready to send or print, detailing all payment activities during the selected period.

Currently, the Net Revenue Detail report is a fixed format.
