Why Manage Your Leads?
 

Managing your leads effectively can be one of the best ways to secure new clients. For this reason, we've created a dedicated Leads section. 
 

How to manual add leads: 
 

Navigate to the Clients tab in the top menu bar of the Core Dashboard > The Clients page will auto populate to the Clients tab > Click the Leads tab. 

In the top right corner, click Add Lead. Manually enter their name, email address, phone number, lead source, gender and any notes.

Note: These details will be private to you and will not be shared externally.

 

 

Once a lead has been entered you can edit the lead details by clicking on the edit icon on the right.

 

Once you have clicked on the icon, you will be taken to a summary page with details about the lead. You are able to make the lead active, inactive, convert the lead to a client or add notes.
